Young Leader Program (YLP) is conceptualized as a custom-tailored senior secondary course for students who aspire to be the luminaries of tomorrow. The programme has meticulously designed components to adorn each child with competencies vital for transcending the challenges of a fluid future world. The cardinal objective of the Young Leader Program is to prepare each student for obtaining admission to the premier national or international universities for undergraduate studies.
The course follows CBSE curriculum in Humanities & Commerce streams. The curriculum further accounts for the students' inclinations and preferences by providing choices in subjects even within each stream. Commerce students can choose between Mathematics and Computer Science. Equivalently Humanities students can opt between Sociology and Mathematics. Mathematics along with the Humanities stream, though a very distinctive combination, is advantageous for students planning to pursue higher education in Economics.

A plethora of workshops are organized to stimulate various soft skills in students such as leadership, social skills, public speaking and hard skills like multimedia competencies. The students of YLP mature to face the world with confidence and resists temptation of adolescence.
Enterprising youngsters with ethical integrity are the cornerstone of any prosperous society. Aspire Entrepreneurs Club fosters various real-life skills in students. A multitude of interactions with triumphant business persons give students insights into the prospects and constraints of being an entrepreneur. A documented schema of activities affirms that the club is goal-oriented.
Being the most child centric hostel, Lead Square breaks all the common notions of a usual hostel. Qualified and friendly mentors and state of the art facilities ensures each student a pleasant stay.
Adolescent students are susceptible to various kinds of external influences and deviances. Wadi Rahma campus, spread over 16 acres on a serene plateau, protected by a compound wall, shields any such alien interference.
