Young Leader Program (YLP) is conceptualized as a custom-tailored senior secondary course for students who aspire to be the luminaries of tomorrow. The programme has meticulously designed components to adorn each child with competencies vital for transcending the challenges of a fluid future world. The cardinal objective of the Young Leader Program is to prepare each student for obtaining admission to the premier national or international universities for undergraduate studies.
Curriculum
The course follows CBSE curriculum in Humanities & Commerce streams. The curriculum further accounts for the students' inclinations and preferences by providing choices in subjects even within each stream. Commerce students can choose between Mathematics and Computer Science. Equivalently Humanities students can opt between Sociology and Mathematics. Mathematics along with the Humanities stream, though a very distinctive combination, is advantageous for students planning to pursue higher education in Economics.

On the Dias serves as a window for the students to get across with scholars and leaders of eminence and stature. Interactive sessions are organized every month under the broad label 'My Inspiring Story' or 'Meet the Scholar'.

Sculpting young minds with values and principles is among the inherent ethos of the Young Leader Program. Axiom Study Circle led by a prominent scholar gives wings to this ethos in letter and spirit. Apart from the weekly classes, debates and discussions are key components of the Axiom Study Circle. It is instrumental in developing a virtuous world view among students.
Industrial Visits and Institutional Visits
Visits to leading industries and interaction with the Directors and CEOs are organized to sensitize the students on current market trends and challenges. Campus tours and interaction with the faculty and students of prestigious institutions are major constituent of Young Leader Program.
Skill Development Workshops
Nurturing the competencies required for meeting the challenges of the contemporary world is one of the key aspects of the Young Leader Program. A plethora of workshops are organized to stimulate various soft skills in students such as leadership, social skills, public speaking and hard skills like multimedia competencies. The students of YLP mature to face the world with confidence and resists temptation of adolescence.
Aspire Entrepreneurs Club
Enterprising youngsters with ethical integrity are the cornerstone of any prosperous society. Aspire Entrepreneurs Club fosters various real-life skills in students. A multitude of interactions with triumphant business persons give students insights into the prospects and constraints of being an entrepreneur. A documented schema of activities affirms that the club is goal-oriented.
Lead Square Hostel
Being the most child centric hostel, Lead Square breaks all the common notions of a usual hostel. Qualified and friendly mentors and state of the art facilities ensures each student a pleasant stay.
